for the free gift of pardon and eternal life our Lord Jesus Christ,

2008 is now totally booked: We
are out of available dates for 2008, and now cannot take any more 2009
seniors. For the class of 2010, we'd really like you
to consider the Kingwood Center option around April/May because of
the beautiful tulips. Also, for the class of 2010, regular, one day
$325.00 packages will be available in the spring of 2009. You can
most certainly book for those dates now.

Senior Package update:
Starting immediately, the regular senior
package, which was both outdoor and indoor sessions in one session, will
no longer be available for anyone who hasn't already scheduled. December
will not provide any good scenery for outdoor pictures, and so we'll have
to schedule split sessions for the rest of the 2009 class. Starting in
spring of 2009, 2010 seniors will have the ability to get the standard,
all-in-one session $325 session. The Kingwood center option will be
especially nice for girls - the tulips are surreal in April/May! It's
worth the extra $100! At that price, we're still at or under most of our
competitor's prices, and our quality continues to improve. Again, we thank
the Lord for this. I just can't say it enough! |

Ordering UPDATE:
Starting in October, we're going to require
that you make your package print choices within 1 month of your proofs
being completed online. It's not fair to current
customers if we have to take time out to upload/crop/order your prints
that were available months ago. In addition to delaying
current customer processing, storing multiple gigabytes worth of picture
files for months ties up much needed hard drive space.
So, if we do not receive your print order within a
month of proof completion, we will no longer be obligated to provide you
with prints listed in your package. You'll still get
your CD of picture files. Since we give you the picture files, the
decision process should not take longer than a month.

New Senior Packages: Fall is fast approaching,
and so is the end of our good outdoor scenery. If you prefer the fall
setting, you can still schedule a regular senior session. There are two
available November dates. Otherwise, we can shoot your indoor (studio
style) shots November / December / early January and wrap up your outdoor
shots in the spring. Check the details on the SPLIT package.
Option "K" has been added to the senior sessions! If you go
with option "K" we'll shoot your outdoor pics at Kingwood Center in
Mansfield, OH. It's one of the most beautiful places we know of and we'd
love to set your pictures apart with such a setting!

Busy Busy Busy!: We're done processing wedding
pictures and are currently working on senior photos. We're booked all of
September and October, and the third weekend of November is booked. If
you'd like to have us take your senior pictures, try to schedule ASAP.
We're going to offer a "split" session package for an additional fee.
We'll shoot your indoor pictures from November to early January, and then
in the spring we'll finish your outdoor pictures.

All caught up...almost!:
We've been slammed with post processing 3 July weddings and 2 July senior
jobs. Only one more July wedding and we're caught up! Each wedding
consisted of more than 1,000 shots, shot with 3 cameras. We shoot RAW,
which means slight exposure touchups and color/contrast/white balance info
are all tweaked after the fact, which takes time. Then the pictures have
to be converted and edited (cropped, tilted in some cases, noise reduction
and any special effects pertinent to the mood of the picture.) The last
step is to generate and upload proofs to our proofing site.
We've got September
fully booked, and there's already two October senior sessions. If you'd like
to schedule a senior session with us, please contact us as soon as
possible to ensure you'll get a session. We're so thankful for all of the
business!!! |

We've shot our first official wedding:
On
Saturday, July 5, 2008 we were fortunate enough to be the photographers
for Sarah Zieber and Will Rush. What a great couple! It's so special
when two people, so strong in the Lord Jesus Christ, come together as
one in a beautiful ceremony in front of their friends, family, and God.
Laura did a fantastic job, not only with assisting me, but with being
the second shooter during the ceremony and reception. She greatly
exceeded my expectations! I'm so lucky she's my wife :)

Next available sessions:
We're really busy lately, praise God, and cannot take any new
appointments earlier than August. We've got a lot of July jobs, and
somewhere in the month I'm taking a vacation from my full time job, but
I'm looking forward to a busy August for CLG.
So,
if you schedule a senior session for August before July 14, We'll take
15% off of the package price. That's $48.75 off! Also, if you schedule
a family, child or baby August session before July 14, we'll take 10%
off the package price. |

last few months, our work has improved greatly. Laura is doing a great
job with the post-processing and with helping me pose our
clients. Our equipment list is growing and improving in quality. I've
personally learned a ton...lots of testing, researching, etc... May the
glory go to God! He's in charge, and He's the provider! We
can do nothing good apart from Him. |

Wildlife
photos: If you haven't seen them already, take a look at
our Bald
Eagle and Blue Heron / Great Egret photos. I've taken
thousands of Bald Eagle photos over the past year (don't worry, there's
not that many in the gallery). We're very fortunate to see their
success with repopulating, and to be so close in proximity to them.
I've taken pictures of them bringing fish back to the nest, guarding
their nest, their babies, and even mating! If you'd like to buy any of

us. There are also some inspirational Christian prints...but
I'll warn you...they have to do with the Lord's return!

multiple re-edits or re-compositions. I'll take one requested re-edit
per pose, for any and all poses you would like to see changed. I really
